Since taking office, the present Administration has continued the pattern of recent Administrations and approved a series of arms sales to Israel totaling over $17.9 billion. Independent investigations have also found that U.S. weapons have been used in unlawful attacks that killed dozens of Palestinian civilians, including children. The Franciscan Action Network calls on the House of Representatives to block the bombs to Israel. Despite the recent ceasefire, the situation in Israel/Palestine is far from being on a path to a sustainable and just peace.
