3:00 PM EDT - 4:00 PM EDT
This event will feature two speakers from the Holy Land, one Israeli and one Palestinian, who are members of the Bereaved Families for Peace. They will share their personal stories of loss and grief, and discuss how they continue to work together for peace and reconciliation even under current challenging circumstances. The 35-minute presentation will be followed by another 30 minutes of Q&A. This dialogue is intended to give participants a more nuanced context for understanding the personal dimension of the current violence in Gaza.
There is no cost to attend this event, however if you are able, please consider donating $10, $25, $50 or an amount you can afford to help defray the costs of our work.
This event will be held virtually, via Zoom and we will provide you with login instructions the day before the event. Please plan to join the event 10 minutes early if you are newly downloading Zoom to allow you to test your audio and camera settings.
