FAN is delighted to announce our annual benefit program:

Dignity First: Nourishing Lives, Transforming Communities

Our annual benefit in 2026 will be held in partnership with the Capuchin Soup Kitchen in Detroit. FAN staff and friends will spend a day at the Capuchin Soup Kitchen serving and learning from guests, witnessing firsthand how its ministries and FAN’s advocacy together help create conditions of life worthy of all God’s children. FAN will also make a generous contribution to the work of the Capuchin Soup Kitchen.

While the meal will be provided to guests of the soup kitchen, as a sponsor or ticket holder you are invited to participate in our online benefit program on June 16, 2026, 7:00-8:00 PM ET.

“Dignity First: Nourishing Lives, Transforming Communities,” a stimulating program to learn about the root causes and current challenges of poverty and social inequality, where you will experience the service work of the Capuchin Soup Kitchen and its comprehensive ministries in Detroit that restore dignity and community and support the advocacy work of the Franciscan Action Network.
